By downloading, installing, or using StoryWeaver (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by CrashOverride LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
StoryWeaver is an AI-assisted fan fiction writing application. It allows users to create stories, develop characters, chat with AI-powered characters, and track their writing progress through gamification features.
All stories, characters, character profiles, chat responses, and images generated within the App are created by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). This content is entirely fictional.
Fan fiction created within the App is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. Original characters, worlds, and storylines referenced in fan fiction belong to their respective creators and rights holders. StoryWeaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any franchise, publisher, or rights holder.
When using the App, you agree to the following:
If you encounter AI-generated content that is inappropriate or harmful, use the flag button available on all AI content (chat messages, chapters, character profiles, and cover images) to report it. You may also contact us directly at info@crashoverride.com.
StoryWeaver offers an optional StoryWeaver+ subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit. Billing, refunds, cancellation, and payment terms are governed by Apple’s standard terms and conditions. For billing questions, please contact Apple Support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to: repeated attempts to circumvent safety filters, generating prohibited content, or abusing the reporting system.
The App and all content generated within it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CrashOverride LLC is not liable for any AI-generated content, including content that may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive despite safety filters. Content safety filters are in place, but no automated filter is perfect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
